About us
AFT is a consultancy and training company that was established in Ankara in 2015 with the aim of building the capacity of civil society to deal with challenges faced by vulnerable groups in the community including refugees, children, adolescents and women in Turkey. AFT brings together, under a single roof, a diverse team that have different specialties, expertise, languages and from different cultures with the aim to build up capacities and skills of local Turkish governmental and non-governmental organizations, private sector, as well as grassroots Turkish organizations, within a community driven developmental framework. Our joint effort helps improve the lives and conditions of people through leading them to success within different sectors such as Education, employment, health and Nutrition, through enhancing their life skills and psychosocial wellbeing especially for children suffering traumas of different extents.
Our tools include training, coaching, life skills training that are injected in music classes that helps elevate the moral of our children.
